The TDK InvenSense IAM-20380 high-performance gyroscope features a 0.5VDD--4VDD voltage range, 400kHz clock frequency, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. The IAM-20380 features 3-axis integration, so manufacturers do not need to perform expensive and complex system-level integration of discrete devices. The TDK InvenSense IAM-20380 high-performance gyroscope is ideal for car alarm, telematics, and insurance vehicle tracking applications.
